Why Leaseholders exists
Leaseholders was started by Melisa White to help people like her grandparents, who faced ever-increasing service charges, questionable management and no clear answers about their rights.
Too often, leaseholders are left with bills they do not understand, letters full of jargon, and nobody on their side. Leaseholders have more rights than they realise. We exist to make those rights usable.
What we are building
A platform that supports leaseholders from buying to selling. That starts with plain-English guides to the most common problems and a tool that explains your documents. Over time we will add expert interviews, practical help, and services that make owning and selling a leasehold home less stressful.
